 At our Health Care Center, the values of the Alexian Brothers are brought to life in compassionate skilled nursing care and rehabilitation. Our nurses and staff work to heal, comfort and make residents feel at home with love, personal attention and 24-hour support in an atmosphere of attention, dignity and love.
Each resident receives an individualized plan of care designed to address his or her unique needs, abilities and health status. Physical, speech and occupational therapy are included in the care regimen as necessary.
In everything we do, the dignity of the individual has first priority. This can mean something as simple as offering menu choices, so that residents can have choices in their dining experience. Or making sure they get outside for some fresh air and sunshine. Because it’s the whole person who is at the center of our care and concern. |
