 With lifecare, our residents have the security of knowing that they can access assisted living or nursing care , additional care, with no increase in monthly service fees. Lifecare makes it possible to move seamlessly from one service to another, then back to independent living as one’s needs change. Specialized memory care also is available for those with Alzheimer’s and cognitive challenges, at nearby Alexian Brothers Valley Residence. All of these services are provided for a one-time, entrance fee and a modest payment for monthly maintenance. We are CARF-CCAC accredited. Alexian Village is accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CARF-CCAC), the first retirement community in Tennessee (and still one of the few in the state) to be recognized for excellence. CARF-CCAC is the nation’s only accrediting body for continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) and other aging services networks.
